This role will incorporate many aspects of the business including:


-dealing with customers enquiries
-letter typing, coordinating diaries
-order processing
-invoicing, debt collection
-confirming course booking dates for their training centre
-maintaining client database
-collating of training course paperwork and scheduling training dates
-chasing Aged Debt, Post and Banking
-Assisting the operations/sales team with quotations and sales correspondence 
-Dealing with the admin of the directors (Flight bookings, Hotels etc) 


The role is initially located in their Ashford Office, but will transfer after a period of time to the New Romney Training Centre, so own transport and driving license is essential

The Estate Services Manager will be responsible for all support services on the estate, achieving excellent stewardship of the buildings and land. Reporting to the Chief Executive the successful applicant will have direct responsibility for estate management, major capital works, planning and land agency, security, health and safety and estate cleanliness.

The person appointed is likely to be RICS qualified with at least 10 years’ experience gained in a similar environment and will have the detailed knowledge to advise trustees and management on land matters.
